This website is an equipment catalogue and enquiry service. It does not process online purchases or payments. A submitted enquiry is not an accepted order. Model prices, configurations, included items, availability and order terms are confirmed in a written quotation.
Orders from One Piece
Orders may start from one piece if the buyer accepts the shipping cost. Larger or mixed-model requests can be discussed in the same enquiry. There is no automatic free-shipping offer.
How Shipping Is Discussed
Provide the destination
Include country, city or postal code and the models and quantities requested.
Describe receiving conditions
Mention unloading access, lifts, stairs, restricted access or other relevant conditions.
Review the proposed scope
Confirm shipping charges, delivery scope, import responsibilities, applicable charges and any services excluded from the quote.
Packing and Access
Product pages list available packed dimensions and weights. Compare these with access routes and receiving arrangements. Packing photographs are examples and do not establish a universal packing specification. Ask about the packing proposed for the models in your order.
Availability and Timing
Include a target delivery date if you have one. Preparation, availability and shipping schedules need confirmation for the actual order. This website does not promise a fixed lead time or delivery date.
Configuration and Included Items
Confirm the model, finish, components, accessories and any optional items in writing. Photographs may show additional items. Do not assume that every pictured accessory is included.

- Written warranty, cancellation and return terms applicable to that order.
